Each kit includes 3, 6, or 9 delicious meals (4–6 servings each) packed with nutrient-rich meats and vegetables. $7 or less per serving!
 
Simply thaw, follow the cooking instructions, and enjoy nourishing, home-cooked meals without the hassle. *Most meals are crockpot ready unless specified*
