About the event
There's something about pulling your own loaf of sourdough out of the oven that store-bought bread just can't match — but between feeding a starter, timing rises, and getting the shape right, it's easy to see why sourdough intimidates people before they even start.
Whether you've always wanted to bake sourdough but felt too intimidated to try, or you've already got a starter going and just want to get more consistent — this is your room!

Margaret, a current stay-at-home mom and former classroom teacher, turned her passion for sourdough into a fulfilling small business. She's traveled around Southeast Wisconsin teaching hundreds of participants about the world of sourdough, and she's excited to share it all with you.
